Ship Log

What we've shipped. We build fast so you can grow faster.

New Feature

Retention Lifecycle

The chart that exposes the lie of "Active Users." 500 MAU sounds great, but if 200 are new, 150 are dormant, and only 100 are returning, you're on a treadmill. This breaks your user base into who's staying, who's new, who came back, and who left.

  • Every user gets one label per period: New, Returning, Resurrecting, or Dormant, stacked in one bar per period
  • Pulse metric: (New + Resurrecting) ÷ Dormant. One number that tells you if you're growing or shrinking
  • Full history trend page with lifecycle lines, Pulse chart with 1.0 break-even reference, and weekly/monthly/quarterly views
New Feature

Stickiness Distribution

See the shape of your engagement. Instead of one average number, see how many days per period each user is actually active. An L-curve means most users try once and leave. A flatter curve means habits are forming.

  • Each bar shows the % of users active on exactly that many days, with an Exact vs Cumulative toggle
  • Switch between bar chart (distribution shape) and line chart (stickiness ratio over time like DAU/MAU)
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly views with segment filtering
New Feature

Stickiness & Time Between Sessions

See how habitually users engage and how often they come back. Stickiness Score uses the classic short-window to long-window active user ratio (like DAU/MAU), and Time Between Sessions shows the median days between visits. Your engagement cards and trend charts are reorganized so you can flip between related metrics without losing the four-card layout.

  • Stickiness Score with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly ratio views (DAU/MAU, WAU/MAU, MAU/QAU, QAU/YAU)
  • Time Between Sessions alongside Session Frequency; Retention paired with Bounce Rate on the same toggles you already use
  • Engagement Trends updated with matching pairings and dual-line charts where two metrics tell one story
Improvement

Segmentation for Engagement & Cohorts

Your PMF survey segments now also apply to user engagement metrics, cohort analysis, and trend charts, aligned with the Rahul Vohra methodology, so product and growth numbers match the audience you're studying.

  • Active users, retention, session frequency, and bounce rate respect your active segment
  • Cohort tables and engagement trend charts update with the same segment toggle as PMF
  • NPS scores and NPS history follow the segment for a consistent dashboard view
New Feature

Q2 User Segmentation

Segment your users based on their PMF survey responses using the Rahul Vohra methodology. Identify your "very disappointed" power users vs. "somewhat disappointed" segments to focus your roadmap on what matters most.

  • Segment users into Vohra's core groups: very disappointed, somewhat disappointed, not disappointed
  • Filter analytics and feedback by segment
  • Targeted insights per segment to guide Q2 product decisions
